Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
  • Missing parts or packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
    Please note: Return requests or refund claims can only be submitted after the order has been delivered and received by the customer. If a return is initiated while the package is still in transit, we kindly ask that you wait for the delivery before proceeding. This helps ensure a smooth resolution process.

Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, you may request a return.
  • Contact us at contactus@savewave.ca with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind, etc.):

  • Returns for reasons other than defects (such as a change of mind or ordering the incorrect size) are accepted, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued, minus any applicable restocking fee if anything is missing.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products with minor cosmetic imperfections that were clearly described in the listing.
  • Items missing essential components that impact resale.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons certain baby products are non-refundable including (but not limited to) bottles, pacifiers, breast pumps, and other personal use baby accessories.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Email contactus@savewave.ca within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
  • Attach photos or videos clearly showing the issue.
  • We will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.

Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed as one of the following:
    • A money-back refund to the original payment method.
    • A replacement item (if available in stock).
    • Store credit for future purchases.
  • Store credit cannot be converted into a cash refund once issued.
