Shipping policy

At SaveWave, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and hassle-free shipping for all purchases.

Shipping is available across Canada and the U.S. — with no minimum required!

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for any additional redelivery fees or order cancellations.
  • Local delivery & pickup are available for rentals only (Ontario, Canada).
  • International orders (including the U.S.) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. “Free shipping” covers delivery from our facility but does not include these potential import costs.

Fulfillment Locations:

  • SaveWave is a Canadian-owned and operated business; however, not all items ship from within Canada.
  • Orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment centers located across Canada, North America, and Asia, depending on product availability and logistics.
  • All orders are expedited to meet the stated delivery timeframe, even when fulfilled from outside Canada.
  • No matter where your order ships from, all products are fully backed by SaveWave’s support and quality standards.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. If an unexpected delay occurs, customers will be notified within 3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Issues:

  • If your order is delayed, please contact us at contactus@savewave.ca.
  • Standard shipping is free on all orders. If a customer selects and pays for an upgraded shipping option, that fee is non-refundable once the order has been shipped, dispatched, or attempted for delivery. If a customer refuses delivery, any paid shipping cost will still apply and will not be refunded.
  • SaveWave is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order during these situations.
